Studio Rose Flash - Graphic Design + Web + Branding

Where do I begin?
First off, please fill in the service form; after receiving it, we will communicate with you (by phone or e-mail, your choice) to chat about your project. If you want to, you can take at that moment an appointment with us so we can speak and meet in person (Montreal region). This meeting is optional (yay for Internet!) and free, but we strongly recommend it.

What does collaboration implies?
We are NOT the kind of designers who think they know it all; quite frankly YOU are the best judge when it comes to knowing you products and business. So when it comes to designing your brand, of course you need to be implicated in the design process! Your ideas are often the start to it, and we will be talking a lot about your needs, who you want to sell you product/services to, what is the tone you want for your overall look. Oh, and the first creative meeting at the Studio Rose Flash is ALWAYS free!

The big question: How much does your services cost?
Good question! Probably less than what you have imagined!

Each project is different in length, complexity and elaboration. Once you've contacted us and that we have discussed about your project, we will sit down and create for you a design proposal which will have full project details, terms and conditions. This proposal will be valid for 30 days upon it's receptions and will be subject to revision after this period.

Will I have to sign a contract?
Yup. When you have approved the design proposal, we will send you a contract which we will both sign. In our opinion, it's the best way to know if you are dealing with professionals. No work will start without a signed contract.

How can I pay?
We ask for a 50% deposit before starting any project and 50% will be due at delivery of the project. You can pay by check, money order in Canadian currency or via Paypal.

I have changed my mind! Can I cancel my contract?
Yes, but be aware that all fees incurred and completed work shall be billed and paid by the client.

Is my design custom made?
Yes, we don't do pre-fabricate design, as we believe that you deserve a branding identity made just for you.

Will you re-use my design?
No, exception made for promotional purposes, ie. displaying our work in the portfolio or as an example on this website.

Will I own the copyrights?
When full payment has cleared, yes you will.

This also goes for the design of this website (layout, precise color combination).

This website also contains images, logo, and graphic design related to projects which are the property of the clients which they are listed under and are protected under their copyrights.

We will take legal action if we feel that our copyrights have been violated.

We collect personal and business information trough this website and while designing a project; be assured that in not circumstances whatsoever we will divulge, publish, sell or share any of those informations to a third party. We highly appreciate the trust of our customers and will never do anything to brake that trust.

The free stuff section contains links to articles which we have written and for which we own copyrights: you may not reproduce our articles without our written permission.
